Cardiff based dancer/choreographer Deborah Light presents an evening in the Dance House offering an insight into the different strands of the award-winning artists work - theatre performance, site specific, image and video based.

Deborah's work exposes the alternative realities of our inner and outer worlds.

Through our associations, imaginings, fears and desires we construct our own reality - only a trace of this appears in the physical world.

Between Identities

This solo performance will expose the alternative realities of our inner and outer worlds. Exploring notions of anonymity and loss of external identity while revealing an inner world of associations and imaginings this will be a dark but quirky glimpse into distorted reality.

The Place Prize is the biggest single source of commissions for new short works in British dance. In the Semi-Finals you'll be able to vote on each of the four commissions performing each night. The piece with the highest average score goes through to the Finals.
